Papaya has a ton of health benefits. This papaya salad is a recipe from one of my dear friend. Her father was extremely fond of this raw papaya salad.
One cup medium chopped papaya (raw papaya tastes better)
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Chat masala (optional)
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander leaves
Mix all the ingredients and garnish with coriander. Serve immediately or chill it and serve cold.
